## Pair a screen with a six-digit code

A screen with Jonza installed shows a code when it starts. Type it into the dashboard, give the screen a name, and it joins your list. Nobody has to plug in a keyboard or sign in on the screen itself.

## Status you can trust, settings you can change

Each screen shows whether it is online and when it last checked in. Open one to see what it is playing, take a live look at what is on screen, and follow its storage, memory and signal over time. If something needs adjusting, do it from the dashboard.

## Get a screen under control

1. **Turn it on**: Turn on a screen with Jonza installed and connect it to the internet. It shows a pairing code.
2. **Pair and tag it**: Enter the code in the dashboard, name the screen and add tags for its branch or floor.
3. **Give it something to play**: Assign a playlist or a schedule, to this screen or to its whole tag, and watch its status from anywhere.

## Questions about device management

### Do I need special hardware?

No. We can ship Tochi screens, Erpa's own brand, with Jonza already set up, or our team connects to the screens you already have and sets them up remotely. The Jonza player runs on Linux, Windows, Android, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, LG webOS, Raspberry Pi and Samsung Tizen.

### Can I manage screens in different cities?

Yes. Wherever your screens are, you manage them from the same account, with nothing to do on site.

### What does the pairing code do?

It links the screen to your account. The code changes after a while, so if one has expired, use the one the screen is showing now.

### How do I tell which physical screen is which?

Send a locate signal from the dashboard and the screen shows its name for a few seconds. You can also send a screen new Wi-Fi details without visiting it.

### How do I know a screen is working?

The list shows whether each screen is online and when it was last seen. You can also open a live view of what it is showing right now.
