No. We can ship you screens that come ready to go (Tochi, Erpa's own screen brand, arrives with Jonza already set up), or if you already have your own, our team connects to them remotely and sets everything up for you. Either way, you just turn the screen on and start managing your content. The Jonza player runs on Linux, Windows, Android, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, LG webOS, Raspberry Pi and Samsung Tizen.

Yes. Wherever your screens are, you manage them all from the same account — no need to do anything on-site.

Yes. The dashboard works comfortably on a phone, so you can change a price or check whether a branch's screens are on while you're out.

Yes. A Samsung, LG or Android TV set, a Fire TV Stick, a Windows PC or a Raspberry Pi are managed side by side in the same account. Each screen is paired with its own code, and you don't need to think about which device will play your content while you make it.

Yes. It runs on Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube models with Fire OS, and on Chromecast with Google TV and the Google TV Streamer. Plugged into a TV that isn't smart, it turns it into a Jonza screen.

Yes. You set each screen to landscape or portrait, and you can design and preview content in a portrait layout. Menu boards and window displays often use it.

Yes. The devices page shows whether each screen is online, when it last connected and what it's playing, so you can check from the panel before calling the branch.

Yes. Give screens tags such as branch, floor or screen type, then select several screens and send them the same content or weekly plan in one step.

Nothing disappears from your screens by accident. If an image, video or playlist is still in use, Jonza shows you where, so you can decide before anything changes.

Yes. Web pages are added to a playlist by their address and open live on the screen, so what's shown stays as current as the page. The page itself loads on the screen; while you edit, you see a card with its address in its place.

No. The panel has step-by-step tutorials for media, playlists, devices and scheduling, which you can try without touching your real screens. Our team is with you during setup as well.
